![]() ![]() We were given a white washcloth with a brown stain on it from the housekeeper's cart. We had to ask several times for toilet paper and fresh towels and washcloths. Their only response was "Cleaning doesn't come in until 9a". We left the area immediately and called the front desk. Towels from the day before were strewn around. When we were finally let in, the pool and hot tub area were horrible. The second day we attempted to get into the hot tub again as soon as it opened at 9am, however, the doors were still locked and there were several families waiting for someone to let us in. We were only able to get into the hot tub once, on our first day. My wife didn't notice until our last day that her pillow was also filthy due to the way it was propped up on the bed. This meant having to walk down the hallway and seeing food left in the hallway. We did not find out that they only clean your room once every 3 or 4 days due to covid. However, the cleanliness, or lack thereof, was horrible. Unfortunately, my hotel stay changed that.
